Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Where a matter
that the Disputes Tribunal has jurisdiction to determine under this
Act is before a court, the court may order that the matter be transferred
to and determined by the Disputes Tribunal.
(2) Where a matter
that a court has jurisdiction to determine is before the Disputes Tribunal
that Tribunal may order that the matter be transferred to and determined by
that court.
