Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Where under
section 4(5), 10(4) or 14(3) or Schedule 1 a party to a contract may
terminate the contract the party may give notice of termination to the other
party and the contract is terminated at the time when the notice is given.
(2) A notice given by
a party under subsection (1) must be in writing signed by the party and
must be given to the other party before the completion of the home building
work under the contract.
