Western Australian Consolidated Acts A local government
may, by agreement with the local government of any adjoining district, and
with the sanction of the Executive Director, Public Health, cause its sewers
to communicate with the sewers of the local government of such adjoining
district in such manner and on such terms, and subject to such conditions, as
may be agreed upon between the local governments, or in case of dispute, as
may be settled by arbitration, under the provisions of the
Commercial Arbitration Act 1985 .
