Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The local government
shall cause to be made a map of all sewerage works in its district, on such
scale and with such indications of levels and particulars of sewers and other
works as may be prescribed, and shall cause such map to be revised from time
to time and such additions made thereto as may show any new sewers, drains,
and works, and the date of every revision shall be expressed therein. A copy
of every such map shall be kept in the office of the Executive Director,
Public Health, and another copy shall be kept in the office of the local
government, and shall be open at all reasonable times to the inspection of the
owner or occupier of any land within the district of the local government.
