Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts On the completion of
any joint scheme carried out by any 2 or more local governments, the cost
of such scheme, and the maintenance thereof, shall be apportioned between each
of the local governments concerned on an equitable basis, and in case of
disagreement the Governor may decide the amount to be paid by each local
government.
