Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Every medical
officer of health shall, within one month after the expiration of every
calendar year, and whenever required by the local government, and may at such
other times as he thinks proper, report to the local government on the
sanitary condition of the district, or any part thereof, with special
reference to the provisions of and regulations made under this Act, and the
local laws of the local government.
(2) The local
government shall, at such times as may be prescribed, forward to the Executive
Director, Public Health copies of all such reports.
