Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A person
who —
(a) is
suffering from any infectious or contagious disease; and
(b)
engages or is employed in the manufacture, manipulation, preparation,
handling, storage or sale of drugs,
commits an offence.
(2) A medical officer
may examine any person engaged or employed within the meaning of
subsection (1) who is suspected of suffering from any infectious or
contagious disease, and every such person who refuses to submit to such an
examination on being required by a medical officer so do commits an offence.
