Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) This Act may be
cited as the Health Act 1911 , and shall come into operation on a day to
be fixed by proclamation, not being later than 6 months from the passing
of this Act 1 .
(2) The Governor may
at any time after the passing of this Act make any such appointment of
officers, to take effect upon the coming into operation of this Act, as he
might have made if this Act had come into operation at the passing thereof.
