GOVERNMENT RAILWAYS ACT 1904 - SECT 2A

2A .         Relationship of this Act to Rail Safety National Law (WA) Act 2015

                If there is a conflict or inconsistency between a provision of this Act, or subsidiary legislation made under this Act, and a provision of the Rail Safety National Law (WA) Act 2015 or subsidiary legislation made under that Act, the provision of that Act or subsidiary legislation prevails to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency.
