Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Board may
appoint committees of directors or directors and other persons to assist the
Board to perform its functions and may discharge, alter, continue or
reconstitute any committee so appointed.
(2) Subject to the
direction of the Board and to the terms of any delegation to a committee, each
committee may regulate its own procedure.
