Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The provisions of the
Financial Management Act 2006 and the Auditor General Act 2006
regulating the financial administration, audit and reporting of statutory
authorities and their subsidiaries apply to and in respect
of —
(a) Gold
Corporation;
(b) the
subsidiaries of Gold Corporation known respectively as the Western Australian
Mint and as GoldCorp Australia; and
(c) such
other subsidiaries of Gold Corporation as the Treasurer may determine in
accordance with that Act,
and its and their
operations.
