Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Board may
appoint such employees of the Mint, either full-time or part-time, as the
Board considers necessary for the purposes of this Part.
(2) Subject to any
relevant order, award or agreement under the
Industrial Relations Act 1979 , the Board may determine the remuneration
and other terms and conditions of the Mint’s employees.
(3) The Board may
appoint such employees of the Mint outside Western Australia as the Board
considers necessary for the purposes of this Part and may determine the
remuneration and other terms and conditions of service of such employees.
(4) The Mint may
engage under contract for services such professional, technical or other
assistance as it considers necessary.
