Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Gold Corporation
may, with the approval of the Minister, enter into any agreement or
arrangement with the Commonwealth or any State, or with any authority of the
Commonwealth or of any State, for the performance by Gold Corporation, whether
as agent or otherwise, of such acts and the performance of such functions as
appear to be advantageous, relevant or incidental to the business of Gold
Corporation.
(2) Gold Corporation
may do all acts and perform all functions that it considers necessary or
convenient for the purpose of carrying out an agreement or arrangement under
subsection (1).
(3) The power
conferred by this section on Gold Corporation to enter into an agreement
or arrangement is in addition to any other powers conferred on it by this Act.
