111 . Burswood Casino Agreement cl. 22, when Commission may decide questions as to
In relation to the
Agreement to which the Casino (Burswood Island) Agreement Act 1985 refers,
any question arising from the operation of clause 22 of that Agreement or as
to any condition relating to the playing of bingo to which paragraph (a)(iii)
of Schedule A to that Agreement refers may be determined by the Commission
with the consent of —
(a) the
Trustee referred to in that Agreement; or
(b)
where the Commission alleges that the proviso referred to in clause 35(1) of
that Agreement has been contravened, a judge in chambers.
