GUARDIANSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 1990 - SECT 83A

83A .         Reciprocating States

                The Minister may, by notice published in the Gazette  — 

            (a)         declare any country, State or Territory to be a reciprocating State for the purposes of this Division; and

            (b)         in like manner vary or revoke any such notice.
