section 43(3), where a person is appointed as a limited guardian, or 2 or
more persons are appointed as joint limited guardians, he or they have, in
respect of the person of the represented person, such of the functions
mentioned in section 45 as the State Administrative Tribunal vests in him
or them in the guardianship order.
