GUARDIANSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 1990 - SECT 25
25 . Application and appeal may be heard together
Where an application
for leave to appeal is granted, the appeal may be determined at the same time
as the application if —
(a) it
is in the interests of justice to do so; and
(b)
sufficient notice that the appeal may be so determined has been given to such
persons as, in the opinion of the Court, ought to have such notice.
