GUARDIANSHIP AND ADMINISTRATION ACT 1990 - SECT 19
19 . Right of appeal by leave
By leave as provided
in this Division, an appeal lies to —
(a) a
single judge of the Supreme Court from a determination of the State
Administrative Tribunal when constituted by 3 members not including the
President; or
(b) the
Court of Appeal from a determination of the State Administrative Tribunal when
constituted by 3 members including the President,
but otherwise there is
no appeal from a determination of the State Administrative Tribunal.
