FAIR TRADING ACT 2010 - SECT 81

81 .         Seized things, access to by owner

        (1)         Until a thing seized under section 79 is forfeited or returned, the person in whose custody the seized thing is must allow its owner to inspect it and, if it is a document, to copy it.

        (2)         Subsection (1) does not apply if it is impracticable or would be unreasonable to allow the inspection or copying.
