63F . Membership
(1) The Committee
consists of —
(a) the
Commissioner ex officio; and
(b) 8
other members or such other number of persons as may be prescribed, appointed
by the Minister in accordance with the regulations.
(2) The Minister must
appoint a Committee member to be the Chairperson.
