41 . ACL (WA) s. 224(4)(c), interpretation of
The reference in the
Australian Consumer Law (WA) section 224(2)(c) to proceedings under Chapter 4
or Part 5-2 of that Law includes a reference to proceedings, commenced before
the commencement of this section, under or in relation to —
(a) Part
VC or VI of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Commonwealth); or
(b) Part
II, V, VI or VII of the Fair Trading Act 1987 .
