FAIR TRADING ACT 2010 - SECT 15
15 . Inconsistencies with other enactments
(1) This section
applies if a provision of the Australian Consumer Law (WA) Part 3-3 or an
applied regulation is inconsistent with —
(a) a
provision of an Act specified in Schedule 1; or
(b) a
provision of an instrument made under an Act so specified.
(2A) In subsection (1)
—
applied regulation means a regulation that —
(a) is
referred to in section 19(1)(b); and
(b) is
applied by section 19(2)(a); and
(c) has
effect for the purposes of the Australian Consumer Law (WA) Part 3-3.
(2) If this section
applies, the provision of the Act so specified, or of the instrument,
prevails.
