FAIR TRADING ACT 1987 - SECT 10

10 .         Misleading or deceptive conduct (TPA s. 52)

        (1)         A person shall not, in trade or commerce, engage in conduct that is misleading or deceptive or is likely to mislead or deceive.

        (2)         Nothing in this Part shall be taken as limiting by implication the generality of subsection (1).
