FISH RESOURCES MANAGEMENT ACT 1994 - SECT 96
96 . Contravening licence, offence
A person must not
contravene a condition of an aquaculture licence.
Penalty: In the case of an individual, for a first
offence $5 000 and for any subsequent offence $10 000 or, in the case of a
body corporate, for a first offence $10 000 and for any subsequent offence $20
000.
