FISH RESOURCES MANAGEMENT ACT 1994 - SECT 77

77 .         Contravention of condition of licence or permit

                A person must not contravene a condition of —

            (a)         a managed fishery licence; or

            (b)         an interim managed fishery permit.

        Penalty: As provided in sections 78 and 222.
