FISH RESOURCES MANAGEMENT ACT 1994 - SECT 74

74 .         Contravention of management plan

                A person must not contravene a provision of a management plan, being a provision the contravention of which is specified in the plan to be an offence.

        Penalty: As provided in sections 75 and 222.
