Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister may,
by instrument in writing, establish other advisory committees, consisting of
such person’s as the Minister thinks fit, to provide information and
advice to the Minister on matters related to the administration of this Act.
(2) The instrument
establishing an advisory committee —
(a) must
specify the functions, and identify the members, of the committee;
(b) may
provide for any other matter that, in the Minister’s opinion, is
necessary for the operation of the committee.
(3) The Minister may,
by further instrument in writing, amend or revoke an instrument made under
this section.
