Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The functions of
the Council are —
(a) to
identify issues that affect aquaculture;
(b) to
advise the Minister on issues relating to aquaculture and the management of
aquaculture; and
(c) to
advise the Minister on any matter related to aquaculture on which the advice
of the Council is sought by the Minister.
(2) The Council may do
all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the
performance of its functions.
