FISH RESOURCES MANAGEMENT ACT 1994 - SECT 237

237 .         Recovery of levy

                The following amounts may be recovered by the Minister in a court of competent jurisdiction as debts due to the Minister —

            (a)         a levy that is due and payable; and

            (b)         an amount payable under section 236.
