FISH RESOURCES MANAGEMENT ACT 1994 - SECT 235
235 . Exemption from levy
(1) If in a particular
case the Minister is satisfied that to require a person to pay a levy would
cause the person undue hardship, the Minister may, in writing, exempt the
person wholly or in part from payment of the levy.
(2) The Minister may,
in writing given to a person exempted under subsection (1), vary or revoke the
exemption.
