Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The CEO may, by
instrument in writing, delegate to a person, either generally or as otherwise
provided in the instrument, any power or duty under this Act, other than this
power of delegation.
(2) Anything done by a
delegate under a delegation under this section has the same force and
effect as if it had been done by the CEO.
