FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 1992 - SECT 92
92 . Disclosure restriction under other law does not apply to disclosing to Court
(1) No obligation to
maintain secrecy or other restriction on the disclosure of information
obtained by or given to agencies, whether imposed under an enactment or other
law, applies to the disclosure of information for the purposes of review
proceedings.
(2) Legal professional
privilege does not apply to the production of documents or the giving of
evidence by an agency, or an officer of an agency, to the Supreme Court for
the purposes of review proceedings.
