Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Commissioner
may require an agency to produce a document for inspection so that the
Commissioner can decide whether the document contains exempt matter or is a
document of the agency.
(2) The Commissioner
has to do such things as the Commissioner thinks necessary to ensure that any
document produced to the Commissioner under subsection (1) is not
disclosed to a person other than a member of the staff of the Commissioner in
the course of the performance of his or her duties as a member of that staff,
and to ensure the return of the document to the agency that produced it when
the complaint has been dealt with.
