Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The agency may
defer giving access to a document for a reasonable period if the
document —
(a) is
required by law to be published but is yet to be published; or
(b) has
been prepared for presentation to Parliament or submission to a particular
person or body but is yet to be presented or submitted.
(2) The applicant has
to be notified under section 30(d) of the likely period for which access
is to be deferred.
