Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Treasurer may
require the accountable authority or an officer of an agency to provide the
Treasurer with any information relating to the financial management of the
agency that the Treasurer thinks necessary for the purposes of this Act.
(2) A person given a
direction under subsection (1) is to provide the information to the
Treasurer in the manner and form directed by the Treasurer.
