FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ACT 2006 - SECT 12

12 .         Application of Public Bank Account

                The Treasurer may apply any money standing to the credit of the Public Bank Account to make any payment that may lawfully be charged to —

            (a)         an account forming part of the Public Ledger; or

            (b)         an agency special purpose account.
