FAMILY COURT ACT 1997 - SECT 88
88 . Who may apply for a parenting order — FLA s. 65C
A parenting order in
relation to a child may be applied for by —
(a)
either or both of the child’s parents; or
(b) the
child; or
(ba) a
grandparent of the child; or
(c) any
other person concerned with the care, welfare or development of the child; or
(d) any
guardian, whether appointed under this Act or by will or otherwise; or
(e) any
person acting in a fiduciary capacity who is, under any will, gift,
settlement, or otherwise by law, possessed of any fund for the maintenance or
education of the child, or any fund a portion of which may be applied for the
maintenance or education of the child.
