Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The regulations
may prescribe requirements to be complied with by family dispute resolution
practitioners in relation to the family dispute resolution services they
provide.
(2) The regulations
may prescribe penalties not exceeding $1 100 in respect of offences
against regulations made for the purposes of subsection (1).
