48 .         Meaning of “family counsellor” — FLA s. 10C

                For the purposes of this Act —

        family counsellor means —

            (a)         a person who is a family counsellor for the purposes of the Family Law Act; or

            (b)         a person who is authorised to act under section 34C, or engaged under section 34D, as a family counsellor.
