Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Without limiting
section 43, if in the exercise of its jurisdiction it appears to the
Court or to the Magistrates Court that it is in the interests of justice, or
of convenience to the parties, that the proceedings before it be dealt with in
another court, the Court or the Magistrates Court, as the case may be, may, on
its own motion or otherwise, transfer the proceedings to the other court.
(2) A transfer under
subsection (1) may be made on the application of any party to the
proceedings.
