FAMILY COURT ACT 1997 - SECT 33A

33A .         Engagement of consultants etc. — FLA s. 38R

        (1)         The executive manager may engage persons having suitable qualifications and experiences as consultants to, or to perform services for, the executive manager.

        (2)         An engagement under subsection (1) is to be made —

            (a)         on behalf of the State; and

            (b)         by written agreement.
