FAMILY COURT ACT 1997 - SECT 213
213 . Power to give directions
(1) The Court or the
Principal Registrar may give such directions in relation to proceedings under
this Act generally as are desirable or necessary for the purposes of this Act.
(2) A court may, in a
particular case, give such directions in relation to the proceedings for that
case as are desirable or necessary for the purposes of this Act.
