FOOD ACT 2008 - SECT 119
119 . Conditions on performance of functions by enforcement agencies
The CEO, after
consultation with an enforcement agency (other than the CEO), may, in writing,
impose conditions or limitations on the performance of functions under this
Act by the enforcement agency.
