114 . Review of decisions relating to registration
(1) An applicant for
the registration of a food business in respect of any premises under this
Part, or the holder of a certificate of registration that specifies any
premises, may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of a
decision of the appropriate enforcement agency that relates to any of the
following —
(a) the
grant or refusal of the application for registration of the food business in
respect of those premises under this Part;
(b) the
imposition of conditions on the registration in respect of those premises;
(c) the
variation of conditions of the registration in respect of those premises;
(d) the
cancellation of the registration in respect of those premises.
(2) An application
under this section may only be made within 28 days after service of —
(a) in
the case of an application for the review of a decision referred to in
subsection (1)(a) or (b) — the relevant certificate of registration or
notice of refusal under section 110; or
(b) in
the case of an application for the review of a decision referred to in
subsection (1)(c) or (d) — the relevant notice of the variation or
cancellation under section 112.
