Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) For the purposes
of this section the term firearm is deemed to include a reference to
ammunition therefor.
(2) Where any firearm
is carried in parts by, or is otherwise in the possession of, 2 or more
persons each and every one of those persons is deemed to be in possession of
the firearm.
