Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A licence, permit
or approval issued or granted under this Act may be made subject to
restrictions, limitations or conditions which shall be —
(a)
either specified in the licence, permit or document evidencing the approval
or, whether imposed at the time of issue or grant or subsequently, specified
in a supplementary document; and
(b)
entered in the Register.
(2) A person, whether
or not the holder of that licence, permit or approval, who commits a breach
of, or fails to observe, a restriction, limitation or condition to which a
licence, permit or approval issued or granted under this Act was made subject,
and who is a person who ought reasonably to have known of the existence of
that restriction, limitation or condition, commits an offence.
Penalty: Imprisonment for 18 months or a fine
of $6 000.
