Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Subject to this Act, a
person, not being a body corporate, who applies to the chief executive officer
to be registered and pays the prescribed fee shall be registered if the chief
executive officer is satisfied that he or she —
(a)
resides in Australia;
(b) is
of good character and repute and a fit and proper person to be registered;
(c) has
sufficient financial and other resources available to enable him or her to
comply with the requirements of this Act; and
(d)
understands fully the duties and obligations imposed by this Act on an
education service provider.
