Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) No action shall
lie against the State, the Minister, the chief executive officer, an
authorised person or any other person acting under this Act or purportedly
under this Act in relation to any approval, consent, certificate or
registration given or effected under this Act.
(2) Without affecting
anything in subsection (1) no liability shall attach to the State, the
Minister, the chief executive officer, an authorised person or any other
person for any act or omission in good faith and in exercise or purported
exercise of any function under this Act.
