Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister shall
appoint a committee consisting of 9 members — 4 nominated by
organisations represented by education service providers; 4 of whom shall be
appointed by the chief executive officer; and an independent chairman
appointed by the Minister who shall not be an employee of the Ministry or an
education service provider.
(2) The Minister may
refer any matter relating to the administration of this Act to the Committee
appointed under subsection (1).
