Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Minister or
the chief executive officer, may, either generally or as otherwise provided by
instrument of delegation, by writing signed by the Minister or the chief
executive officer, as the case requires, delegate to any person any of the
powers of the Minister or the chief executive officer, as the case may be,
under this Act, other than this power of delegation.
(2) Notwithstanding
(1) above the Minister may not delegate the power to hear appeals under
section 38.
